IMPORTANT!!!

After booking your initial evaluation, I highly recommend that you also book AT LEAST 6 more sessions, ideally 1x/week or more, to ensure that you are able to get the days and times that work best for your schedule!!

Myofascial release is not a "one and done" type of treatment! These initial 7 visits (evaluation plus 6 follow-ups) will give your body a great foundation to start your healing process! See FAQ "How many sessions will I need to reach my goals?"
