Rachele DeCrescenzo, PT
I graduated from Fairfield University with a B.S. in Biology in 2001, and went on to receive my Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2004. I have worked in many “traditional” therapy settings since then in both therapist and managerial roles.

Continuing education classes are paramount not only to maintain my PT license, but to ensure that I am providing the best care possible to my patients. Over the years I had often received brochures for John Barnes Myofascial Release (JFBMFR) and was always intrigued! In 2017 I took my first JFBMFR and was hooked!! I knew on day 1 of that 3-day seminar that MFR was the missing link to what I was already doing as a physical therapist, and I knew it would change my life and the lives of my patients!

Since that time, I have taken as many MFR classes as I can possibly get to! I am committed to continuing to hone my craft in this powerful treatment and do so by continuing to go to multiple MFR seminars every year, get treated regularly by top-notch MFR therapists, attend MFR study groups, and regularly engage with the MFR community!!

Outside of my “PT life” I love spending time with my husband Matt, and our two wonderful children, Alanna and Thomas, and our dog Smoky.

I am beyond thrilled to be able to combine my 20 years as a physical therapist with this invaluable approach to care and overall wellness in a safe, comfortable, and loving environment!
